The BC Tradeswomen Society is a non-profit society advocating for women, non-binary, trans and two-spirited identifying people in the trades. They are a founding partner of the BC Center for Women in the Trades. Their goals include promoting success through education along with providing support, to increase recruitment and retention of women in the trades.
